Responded to the needs of families/businesses by organizing important documents and records for emergencies. The records are stored digitally; important papers and re-sources are organized in a safe and secured home or POC in preparation for a rapid departure. Added plans include on-call PO is tactful, sensitive and nonjudgmental to communicate with social workers, law enforcement or other local government employees, and comforting distraught family members during an emergency
